Phase 1 - Determination of requirements<\/div>
We record your requirements, determine the general conditions of the trade fair and create a profile of your trade fair objectives, your target group and your budget.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 2 - Conception<\/div>
Based on the information provided, we start with initial sketches in which we develop possible floor plans and design ideas. An initial calculation is also made at this stage to ensure that your budget is adhered to.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 3 - Design<\/div>
Our 3D specialists create photorealistic visualizations from the preliminary considerations and hand-drawn sketches. Adjustments and fine-tuning are then made in the 3D model. On request, we can also come to you or work your change requests directly into the 3D model in a video conference. This allows you to see the effects of the changes directly. Once the initial adaptation phase has been completed, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed, non-binding quotation detailing all service items.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 4 - Production<\/div>
Once the order has been placed, we immediately start creating all the necessary technical drawings and begin the production process. On request, we can also create the necessary graphics for your exhibition stand. We provide all relevant dimensions and work closely with your graphics agency and marketing department.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 5 - Delivery<\/div>
Once production is complete, all the stand construction materials are loaded onto one of our trucks and transported to the construction site. We use our self-developed unit load carriers to reduce loading and unloading times and avoid transport damage. Quality is our top priority \u2013 also in logistics.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 6 - Assembly & installation<\/div>
Based on detailed plans and technical 3D drawings, your exhibition stand is created on a previously empty hall space according to a precise schedule. Our assembly teams guarantee the quality standard that our customers value so highly through their meticulous work. Your exhibits are integrated according to your specifications. We are also happy to implement last-minute change requests during this phase\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 7 - Final acceptance & handover<\/div>
We will hand over a finished, thoroughly cleaned exhibition stand to you punctually at the agreed time. On the day of handover, we will be happy to help you with the final assembly and set-up of your trade fair setup. Our fitters are helpful and courteous. You only leave the stand when you are satisfied.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Phase 8 - Your trade fair appearance - continuous on-site support<\/div>
We won\u2019t be at the stand during the trade fair, but if you ever need our help, we\u2019re just a phone call away. We can solve any problem!\n

Phase 9 - Dismantling & removal<\/div>
