Standardized process
Our services are carried out through our standardized process with clearly defined functions and tasks of all employees involved in the project. There are appropriate test protocols for each phase that accompany the project stages.

Step 1 – Planning phase
We assess your needs, determine the general conditions of the trade fair and create a profile of your trade fair objectives, your target group and your budget.
Step 2 – Conception
Based on the information provided, we begin with initial sketches in which we develop possible floor plans and design ideas. Here also takes place a first calculation to ensure compliance with the specified budget.
Step 3 – Design
Our 3D specialists create photorealistic visualizations from the preliminary considerations and hand sketches. From now on, adjustments and fine-tuning take place in the 3D model. On request, we also come to you or work your change requests in a video conference directly into the 3D model. This way, the effects of changes can be understood directly. After completion of the first adjustment phase, we will be happy to prepare a binding detailed offer in which all service items are listed individually.

Step 4 – Manufacturing
Once the order has been placed, we immediately start creating all the necessary technical drawings and start the production process. On request, we will also be happy to create the necessary graphics for your trade fair stand or provide you with all the relevant dimensions and work closely with your graphics agency or marketing staff.
Step 5 – Delivery
When production is completed, all stand construction material is loaded onto one of our trucks and transported to the construction site. Here we use our self-developed general cargo carriers to reduce loading and unloading times and to avoid transport damages. Quality is our highest maxim – also in logistics.
Step 6 – Set-up & Assembly
Based on detailed plans and technical 3D drawings, your trade fair stand is created according to an exact schedule on a previously empty hall space. Our experienced assembly teams guarantee through careful work the high quality standard that our customers appreciate so much. Your exhibits are integrated according to your specifications. We are also able to implement last-minute change requests during this phase.

Step 7 – Final acceptance & handover
On time at the agreed handover time, we hand over a finished, thoroughly cleaned trade fair stand. We will be happy to help you on the handover day with final assembly work and setting up your trade fair setup. Our fitters are very helpful and courteous and will not leave your stand until you are satisfied.
Step 8 – Continuous on-site support
We are not at the booth during the show, but if there is ever a need for our help, we are just a phone call away. We can solve any problem!

Step 9 – Dismantling & removal
Immediately after the end of the trade fair, our fitters will come to your stand and take it back. Your employees can leave the stand immediately, we take care of everything. On request, we also secure your trade fair goods and send them to you.
Step 10 – Feedback
After the trade show is before the trade show – that’s why a thorough debriefing of every project is very important. What worked well and where there is still room for improvement. We document your feedback and ensure that all the experience gained is incorporated into the new planning for the next trade fair.
