Standardized process

Our services are provided through our standardized process with clearly defined functions and tasks for all employees involved in the project. There are suitable test protocols for each phase that accompany the project stages.

Monitored by in-house software

Our project managers have the project under control at all times. At every stage, they can see where the project stands and where adjustments may need to be made. Thanks to online access, even when on the move. Automatic logbook functions facilitate documentation and quality assurance.

Phase 1 - Determination of requirements
We record your requirements, determine the general conditions of the trade fair and create a profile of your trade fair objectives, your target group and your budget.
Phase 2 - Conception
Based on the information provided, we start with initial sketches in which we develop possible floor plans and design ideas. An initial calculation is also made at this stage to ensure that your budget is adhered to.
Phase 3 - Design
Our 3D specialists create photorealistic visualizations from the preliminary considerations and hand-drawn sketches. Adjustments and fine-tuning are then made in the 3D model. On request, we can also come to you or work your change requests directly into the 3D model in a video conference. This allows you to see the effects of the changes directly. Once the initial adaptation phase has been completed, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed, non-binding quotation detailing all service items.
Phase 4 - Production
Once the order has been placed, we immediately start creating all the necessary technical drawings and begin the production process. On request, we can also create the necessary graphics for your exhibition stand. We provide all relevant dimensions and work closely with your graphics agency and marketing department.
Phase 5 - Delivery
Once production is complete, all the stand construction materials are loaded onto one of our trucks and transported to the construction site. We use our self-developed unit load carriers to reduce loading and unloading times and avoid transport damage. Quality is our top priority – also in logistics.
Phase 6 - Assembly & installation
Based on detailed plans and technical 3D drawings, your exhibition stand is created on a previously empty hall space according to a precise schedule. Our assembly teams guarantee the quality standard that our customers value so highly through their meticulous work. Your exhibits are integrated according to your specifications. We are also happy to implement last-minute change requests during this phase
Phase 7 - Final acceptance & handover
We will hand over a finished, thoroughly cleaned exhibition stand to you punctually at the agreed time. On the day of handover, we will be happy to help you with the final assembly and set-up of your trade fair setup. Our fitters are helpful and courteous. You only leave the stand when you are satisfied.
Phase 8 - Your trade fair appearance - continuous on-site support
We won’t be at the stand during the trade fair, but if you ever need our help, we’re just a phone call away. We can solve any problem!

Our local fitters will come to your stand at any time.
Phase 9 - Dismantling & removal
Our fitters will take over your stand immediately after the end of the trade fair. Your employees can leave the stand immediately, we take care of everything. On request, we can also secure your exhibition goods and send them to you.
Phase 10 - Feedback round
After the trade fair is before the trade fair – that’s why a thorough debriefing of every project is very important. What went well and what can we improve? We document your feedback and ensure that this experience is incorporated into the new planning for the next trade fair.
